Terms of Use
What you may do here, and what we do not promise
What this site is
It describes Galley, the desk we use to edit our own properties and the client sites we build, and it publishes Galley’s wiring guide and API reference. Nothing is sold here and no account is opened here. The desk itself has its own sign-in for the people who edit those sites.
Using the site
Read it, link to it and quote it with a link back. Do not try to break it, overload it, scrape it at a rate that slows it for others, or present it as your own. The commands and code samples in the docs are there to be copied into a property you are wiring, and you may use them that way.
What belongs to us
The site, its words, its marks and its pictures belong to PaintedApp, LLC. The captures of our properties show sites we run, as they stood on the day they were taken; each property’s own page is the current word on what it offers.
Links to other sites
The property cards link to sites we run, and the docs mention services such as Vercel. A link is not a promise about what another site offers or charges, and that site’s own terms apply once you are there.
What we do not promise
We keep this site up and we keep it honest, but it is offered as it is. We do not promise it is never down or never out of date, and the figures on it carry the date they were counted. Where the law gives you a right we cannot limit, the law wins.
To the extent the law allows, PaintedApp, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from using this site, and because nothing is sold here, our total liability for the site itself is limited to one hundred US dollars.
Changes
When these terms change, the date at the top changes with them. Using the site after a change means you accept the new version. Thank you for reading them.
